Activities

The Korean language course was quite beneficial, and I gained a wealth of knowledge from each session. Before enrolling in the class, I had no knowledge of the Korean language. But in only two weeks, I had made enough progress to be able to read and write simple sentences.

In addition, the program provided special lectures on risk management, from which I gained valuable insights from various perspectives and expanded my networking connections with professors. Moreover, there was a field trip visit in the language fellowship program, during which I had the opportunity to visit Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) and Gyeongbok Palace. The Gyeongbok Palace visit offered a unique opportunity to immerse myself in Korean culture by dressing in traditional attire and exploring the ancient palace. The palace’s grandeur and distinctive architecture beautifully showcase Korean culture, creating wonderful memories from this cultural exchange.

Participating in this program was a wonderful experience for me, as it allowed me to delve into Korean culture and history.
