The School of International Relations and Public Affairs
Fudan University School of International Relations and Public Affairs (SIRPA), was established in 2000 to provide education for the policy evaluation of international relations and regional future vision in East Asia from the viewpoint of public policy and administration studies. Students dispatched through the CAMPUS Asia Plus Program belong to the Master’s Program in Chinese Government and Governance conducted in English. All the courses in this program are conducted in English. Students can also take predetermined courses provided by other graduate schools.

The Graduate School of International Studies (GSIS)
Korea University GSIS was established in 1991. All GSIS courses are conducted in English. The school offers two master’s programs: International Studies and Korean Studies. International Studies offers the following four majors: International Commerce Track, International Development and Cooperation Track, International Peace and Security Track, and Regional Studies Track.

National University of Laos
The Faculty of Economics and Business Management
Kobe University has established a long-term cooperative relationship with the National University of Laos by dispatching many faculty members to help establish its Faculty of Economics. In 2016, the Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies (GSICS) entered into an agreement with the Japan Development Centre. Since 2021, a short-term study program (Advanced Development Economics) has been in operation.
Chulalongkorn University

The Faculty of Nursing, Kobe University has concluded an academic exchange agreement with the Chulalongkorn University Faculty for outbound and inbound students. The Faculty of Nursing offers postgraduate degrees in Nursing Science in Adult and Gerontological Nursing. The Thai Red Cross Institute of Nursing and Police Institute of Nursing are attached to undergraduate education.
