I stayed in Kobe from January to March 2023.There, I had abundant chances to attend classes, research seminars, forums, and confe rences. Through the lectures and discussions with Japanese students, I enriched my knowledge in care services in Japan. While staying in Kobe I also had opportunities to visit several nursing homes for elderly. There, I saw that Japanese harmonization of modern technology and traditional thoughtful care for elderly . These facilities and great care was very impressing and I could learn the advanced geriatric health serv ice of Japan which I could not learn from lectures.
What I learned through this program is not only academic aspects nor Japanese care services, but also the beauty of Japanese cultures. I visited Kyoto, Osaka, and Nara and saw lots of historical buildings. Al l the experiences in Kobe are unforgettable and widen my perspective in care services and Japan. I would like to explore my sincere apprecia tion to all who I met through this program, especially CAMPUS Asia Program officers.
