1. Identification and characterization of the molecular components of the mammalian neuronal raft
2. Mechanism of the construction and remodeling of the membrane raft
3. Functional analysis of membrane raft in the nervous system
4. Molecular mechanism of Ca2+ signaling in the nervous system
