Analytical chemistry is an academic field that develops novel chemical analysis methods. Utilizing the characteristics of various chemical substances, we can observe their properties (qualitative analysis) and measure quantities (quantitative analysis). It can be said that analytical chemistry is a dialogue tool for understanding natural phenomena. In our laboratory, we study analytical methods for the environmental chemistry and natural antioxidants using techniques such as spectroscopic analysis, electrochemical analysis, and mass spectrometry.
