I am interested in the research to evaluate the adaptability of marine bacteria to the rapidly changing marine environments. Especially, I am interested in the adaptation of marine bacteria to NaCl stress and KCl stress. Evaluation of adaptability is carried out by counting colonies on agar plates. Throughout the research, I expect to get better understanding of the surviving strategies of marine bacteria.
