  2012.4.1 Professor Théodore Christakis, University of Grenoble, is a visiting professor of GSICS since April 2012. He conducts a course on International and European Human Rights Law that started on 23 April 2012.

Special Lecture on International Cooperation Law - International and European Human Rights Law (language: English, 2 credits) is held on the following dates (classroom: Simulation Room, GSICS).

The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea rendered its judgment in the Dispute concerning delimitation of the maritime boundary between Bangladesh and Myanmar in the Bay of Bengal on 14 March 2012.

The International Court of Justice delivered the judgment in the case concerning jurisdictional immunities of the State (Germany v. Italy: Greece intervening) on 3 February 2012.

The International Court of Justice delivered its judgment on the Application of the Interim Accord of 13 September 1995 (the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia v. Greece).

Case conerning the Request for Interpretation of the Judgment of 15 June 1962 in the Case concerning the Temple of Preah Vihear (Cambodia v.Thailand) (Cambodia v. Thailand): The ICJ delivered its Order regarding the request for the indication of provisional measures (18 July 2011).
